Quality policy

Ensuring flawless quality on every part produced is an absolute priority for all manufacturing operations. This is made possible by an extensive quality management system implemented throughout the entire production process. The production program is frequently expanded with new series projects, their high quality is appreciated by customers from the prototype batch production stage. Complex welded and machined structures requiring a high degree of precision are measured using a 3D measuring arm. For less complex parts, a 2D digital altimeter is used to ensure excellent measurement accuracy, especially for machined products. Specific parameters, especially in the powder coating and welding areas, are also monitored by external specialists. The painting and welding process is subjected to a rigorous annual audit and sample control in the laboratory. The quality of the company's processes is verified over the long term by the independent auditing company Burea Veritas and awarded with ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 3834- 2:2006 certification.
