We are a Czech company with many years of tradition in the field of engineering production. We provide comprehensive services for our customers, which include sheet metal cutting and processing, machining, welding, powder coating and assembly. We use advanced technologies, hold relevant certificates and constantly follow trends and innovations in the field of engineering. We have long-standing relationships with customers who are among the world leaders in their field. These include Caterpillar, Hamm, Homag Group, Unac and Rieter.
We mainly focus on subcontracting welded and prefabricated assemblies for construction, woodworking, textile and CNC machine tools.
Company history

1952The company's history dates back to the mid-20th century, when it was part of a national concern producing textile machinery that was exported all over the world.

1993Dissolution of the state enterprise Elitex s.p. and privatisation of Elitex Nepomuk.

2008Major expansion of cooperation with customers Caterpillar and Hamm (construction machinery) and Homag Group (woodworking machinery).

2009New welding hall with an area of 15002.

2013New 800 m2 production hall for final assembly and shipping.

2015CPS (Caterpillar Production System) - an intensive program led by a team of industrial engineers from Caterpillar aimed at streamlining production, improving quality and optimizing business processes.

2017Complete refurbishment of a modern automatic painting line.

2020Construction of a new hall for machining with completely modernized technological equipment.

2021Reconstruction of the production hall to expand welding capacity.
